I love this spice! I was hesitant at first on how much to use given that it contains reaper powder.
I quickly found it to be very pleasant with enough heat to spice up any dish and does indeed go well with biltong.
Despite reaper powder being in the mix, I’d rate the heat at 4/10 and isn’t as serious as the description claims. Though that might be extreme for anyone who has sensitive palate or doesn’t indulge in hot sauces and spices often.

One of the best things on this site. It goes great with biltong. Not as hot as I was expecting, but it also just means you can put more of it on. Still has a nice kick to it.
