A slow burning 9/10 heat sauce made with Ghost Pepper Chillies for maximum burn. The Ghost Pepper aka Bhot Jolokia has a slow burning but intense heat, balanced by the sweetness and acidity of this sauce.
This is a fruity sauce with delicious sweetness and umami flavours to balance the heat.

Learning the story behind the name: from the imagination of a child straight to your plate! The sauce-makers son came up with the name Johnny Hexburg for his army men toys and his rock band. At the age of 11 he entered into an agreement with his parents to allow them to use the name for their unique hot sauce.
