PSYCHO Hot Sauce

PSYCHO Hot Sauce by Dingo Sauce Co. The Aussies are bringing the heat! The most dedicated Hot Ones fans will recognise Dingo Sauce from Season 11’s Widow Maker. Well, they made a come-back in the Season 18 line up with PSYCHO Hot Sauce. This blend of super-hot peppers including some of the world’s hottest, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion peppers and Carolina Reapers, make Psycho Hot Sauce hurt so good. But what makes this sauce truly unique is its use of an unusual pepper we haven’t seen in hot sauce before, the Moorestard Psycho, as well as its ras el hanout-inspired blend of spices.

Dingo Sauce Co. – The Brand Behind PSYCHO Hot Sauce

Leigh Nash has been a chef for over 25 years. He loves chilli sauce but couldn’t find a good one in supermarkets. Most chilli sauces contain things he doesn’t want in his food, like extract, stabilizers, thickeners, and preservatives. So he spent years making his own chilli sauce at home.

After lots of testing and some stomach pain, Leigh finally made his own version of super hot fermented Sriracha. He started bottling it in late 2015.

By early 2016, with the help of some great local produce, Leigh had a really special sauce. His business partner Ailbhe helped him raise money from people online. Dingo Sauce Co went from a hobby to a real business ready to take on the world!

DINGO DOES HOT ONES

In early 2020, our West Australian business got a big chance. Our Widow Maker sauce was chosen to be on Season 11 of Hot Ones. It was only the second Australian sauce ever and the first to be in the Number 9 spot. This made the Dingo brand famous all over the world. We got a lot of new fans and grew our business.

In March 2020, the world changed a lot. But Dingo still made great hot sauces. And in early 2022, we got another big chance. Our Psycho hot sauce was chosen to be in the 9th spot on Hot Ones. We made history by being the first Australian company to be on the show twice. It was an amazing honour. We saw famous people like Will Ferrel, Margot Robbie, Zac Efron, Post Malone, and Lizzo enjoy our seriously HOT sauces on such a cool show. It was a dream come true!
