For years Spice Lords have asked us, “Where’s Da Bomb?” We’ve only ever carried all-natural hot sauces, which meant no Da Bomb Beyond Insanity. The vile elixir feared by celebrities and guzzled by Sean Evans. When we pointed this out to the good folks who make Da Bomb hot sauces, they were more than happy to oblige our natural bent. Introducing Da Bomb Evolution! This fresh take on the hotly hyped original packs much of the same heat but with loads of flavor. Fiery red super hot scorpion peppers are balanced with hearty spices like paprika and turmeric, as well as sugar, garlic and lemon for a sauce that stops you in your tracks as much for its savory flavor as its heat. A hint of delicate herbs like cilantro and mint finish things off and leave you wanting another bite. HEATONIST was founded from a desire to make food more exciting and flavourful, one plate at a time!

Building on a lifelong passion for spice, founder Noah Chaimberg set out to share his appreciation for the best hot sauces with the world. While the hot sauce industry was largely focused on chasing extreme heat, Noah realised smaller makers were magic. Creating craft hot sauces with unique tastes, great flavour, and high quality ingredients ranging from ghost pepper to aged cayenne peppers.

In 2013 Noah began selling a curated selection of his favourite hot sauce brands. All from a push cart at Brooklyn markets. It didn’t take long for people to fall in love!

HEATONIST expanded with a flagship store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and a hot sauce outpost in Manhattan’s Chelsea Market. Along the way, heatonist.com became the world’s most popular online destination for every hot sauce lover!
