This one is something else. I have to keep myself back or else I would finish this bottle in one day. If only there was bigger bottles. It is also very mild and not acidic, but the taste is great.
It has a char smoke taste that I have not tasted before.
It is something different and really worth a try.
Now the elephant in the room: yes the sauce is black and might be a bit strange to some and even a tad off-putting to a few. I sometimes mix it wit a extra hot sauce to add acidity and a bit more heat.
