It is birds eye chilli yes – but the flavour profile just goes so well with quite a lot of dishes. I just love it.

Fantastic fermented sauce with a delicious tarty tang. Just be careful, it’s not a thick sauce so it pours like water. Can be quite hot if you over indulge yourself 🙂
