Mr Pukkah’s recipe is an authentic Portuguese/Mozambican Peri-Peri recipe that has been made the same way since the 1960″s.
It’s barrel-fermented and pasteurized before being bottled which is what gives it its shelf life of 51 weeks unopened and unrefrigerated.

My favourite in the Mr Pukkah range, a good heat level for a jalapeno sauce I’d say a 5/10.
It’s got a truly great freshness that highlights the jalapeno chilli. I’ve enjoyed this on pizza and of course a grilled cheese sandwich!
