This one intrigued us from the get-go as it has nopal in it, which is a cactus that is eaten as a vegetable in Mexican cuisine once its spines have been removed. You can smell the green the moment you open the bottle (you’ll know what we mean when you try it), and the flavour profile is zesty, fresh and has a fantastically thick satisfying texture. Again lime juice compliments and boosts the natural fruitiness of the habanero, as well as the citrus notes of the nopal. This one has a good heat that will leave those less accustomed a bit on the NEED SOME MILK side.
