This is a brilliant balance between heat and flavor. It is aromatic and flavorful with intense garlic and you guessed it…pepper. Great on wings and pizza! Highly recommended.

The garlic aroma hits you as you open the bottle, but oddly for us the garlic flavour actually could have been stronger for our liking, that being its main namesake. The sauce is slightly sweet, which we attribute to the carrots, a good fruity hit of habanero accentuated by a zesty tang of lime, with a gentle but warm heat that let’s you know you’re still eating something with habanero in it. The garlic was almost lost on us here, but we probably eat too much of it (psyc, no such thing 😜).
