There is just something about this one that does not sit right with me – and it is the lime – a little too much for my tastes. One person might love it – and then there is the rest of the world :).

A deliciously zesty sauce that is mild enough to feed even the person in your family who thinks black pepper is hot, while still giving that tingle to chilli lovers out there. A beautifully creamy texture thanks to Literature Craft’s use of nuts as a thickening and flavouring agent, and bright punchy flavours, this can and should go on anything, definitely recommend!
