A 10/10 heat sauce, the 7 Pot Douglah is an extremely hot pepper from Trinidad. It’s skin is notably dark chocolate brown and somewhat pimpled. It starts off green but matures to a rich brown. Known to be one of the hottest peppers in the world. It has a fruity flavor with a hint of nuttiness & earthy tones. This sauce enlightens almost every sense, slightly sweet, salty, tart, savoury and loads of spice flavors. A flavour experience in your mouth like you have never experienced in a sauce before.

Learning the story behind the name: from the imagination of a child straight to your plate! The sauce-makers son came up with the name Johnny Hexburg for his army men toys and his rock band. At the age of 11 he entered into an agreement with his parents to allow them to use the name for their unique hot sauce.
