The Flavours
They have flavours ranging from Smoked Reaper Blend, Peri-Naise, and Garlic Ghost Pepper (to name a few). There is something for everyone. Â From the mild Caramelised Onion to the super hot FUBAR.
Learning the story behind the name: from the imagination of a child straight to your plate! The sauce-makers son came up with the name Johnny Hexburg for his army men toys and his rock band. At the age of 11 he entered into an agreement with his parents to allow them to use the name for their unique hot sauce.
Chantal Wood –
This sauce was a very pleasant surprise. We were expecting a decent flavour profile but no heat. What we got is fantastic flavour and a decent kick of heat! Heavy on cumin and garlic, very aromatic and has a sweet note to it. This should pair very well with chicken wings, and would likely make a fantastic chicken kebab marinade (will need to test!).
