Cook’s Cabin Lowveld Ghost Reaper
The Cook’s Cabin Lowveld Ghost Reaper sauce is one of our store favourites!
The creamy texture and sweet flavour really make this sauce one of the best around, perfectly balanced with respectable heat! In terms of Carolina Reaper sauces, it’s not going to blast the roof of your mouth off when compared to some of the other sauces but don’t let that fool you it’s still hot!
The sweetness of the Ghost Reaper sauce is balanced perfectly with the Carolina Reaper Heat.

This has become a new favourite in our house! Its got more than enough heat and is balanced so perfectly with the flavour of the sauce.
Its delicious on almost anyuthing but especially like it on pizza!

This sauce has a nice thick, smooth consistency to it. The initial hit is sweet, and then a slow burn creeps in and stays for a while. I immediately thought this would be fantastic on a smash burger.

Great sauce, quite smokey and decent heat that seems to catch your throat.
Probably a solid 7/10 for heat.

This sauce is great! It’s got decent heat but not as hot as other reaper sauces. Goes great with anything really, and quickly became a firm favourite

I really love this one – it is hot yes – but not set your brain on fire hot. There is a certain creaminess that just sits right with me – I’d definitely recommend.

This is a fun sauce. The sweetness offsets any smokey dishes nicely. Strongly recommend pairing with slow roasted pulled pork. The label is much scarier than the actual spice level though, the burn is slow and quite forgiving. It doesn’t make it any less satisfying though.
