Colleen’s Handmade Mango Atchar has a distinctive traditional mango taste without all the oil. With a blend of Bird’s eye and serrano chilli this sauce is perfect for a braai to use as a marinade on your chicken. We believe it will go great on your eggs in the morning!

Thick & chunky with a blend of the serrano and bird’s eye chillies. You get a little bit of heat which is consistent throughout the sauce.

Who is behind Colleen’s Handmade Sauces?

Colleen’s Handmade Sauces started out with her passion and love for Chilli sauce, cooking and sharing food with others.

Struggling to find a sauce that had real ingredients with no filler preservatives and dried spices or loaded with cheap oils, she began experimenting from her home kitchen and came up with the chilli sauce that was perfect for her. It stood proudly on her desk in a honey jar. This is when she began to share this sauce with her fellow chilli addicts. She began sharing with her colleagues to spice up their lunch. 

From there onwards orders started coming through! Throughout the journey she worked hard and met a lot of amazing people. 

Four years later she is still mixing up special sauces in 14 DIFFERENT flavours. She is now running her own factory supplying to retailers.

The brand and packaging has evolved over the years. It’s gone from C’s Craft Sauces to C’s Homemade Sauces. All of her sauces are low carb, sugar free, keto friendly.

The heart on the bottles represents the passion and true essence. She prides herself on providing real ingredients without ever compromising the quality and flavour. Only the best quality chillies goes into each sauce.
