Black Mamba Cayenne Chilli Sauce
This sauce is such a great all-rounder. It reminds you of a classic Mexican style hot sauce. This is such a versatile addition to your hot sauce collection. The Black Mamba Cayenne Chilli Sauce also won an award at the Great Taste Awards in 2017.
On the nose, you will get a smell of vinegar, as you would expect from a classic style hot sauce, and slight hints of ginger. Upon tasting you are immediately greeted with that classic hot sauce flavour (think Cholula) the ginger really brings the sauce together, teasing the tastebuds and opening up the heat.
The heat level is medium to hot, it’s slow-burning so it builds nicely with each bite you take.
We love this hot sauce at breakfast time, it’s perfect on eggs, and of course great for celebrating taco Tuesday or any Mexican dishes.

How did it begin?
A husband and wife found their love of chilli and hot sauce and decided to go one step further and create their own and change the hot sauce industry forever.
With being born in Swaziland and Colombia, the heat and spice was already in their blood. Joe had already perfected his own hot sauce and just had to share the recipe.
After a successful start in the early days with 400 bottles flying off the shelf, people quickly realized this hot sauce was a game changer.
Today they have a FSSC22000-certified factory and employ 60+ people in Swaziland.
From hot sauce, chutney and pestos they supply it all and WOW it tastes good. From your mild pineapple hot sauce to your cayenne pepper there really is something for everyone. Black Mamba chilli pride themselves on empowering people and the planet. All of their products are organic, gluten free, fair trade, halal and FSSC2200 approved.
Supplying people all over Asia, Africa and Europe they really believe hot sauce and chillies can change the world. All of their stock comes from local farmers who are trained in organic farming. The ingredients are locally sourced and go to helping the economy in Swaziland and supporting men and women.

My absolute favourite hot sauce. Goes with absolutely everything, from steak, to smothered on roast chicken. Dropped onto salads, or pizza dipped right into it. It’s spicy and delicious. Yummy! It’s a table staple ❤️
